Manage and support core engineering tools and platforms including Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, and Slack to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to SLAs.
Own the end-to-end execution of request workflows and ticket lifecycle management, ensuring high data quality and process compliance.
Drive process improvement and automation initiatives for engineering tools support, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years experience in engineering tools support, service desk, or operations roles.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, automation tools, and API integrations (REST/JSON).
Role is onsite with expectation to work primarily from an HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing ticket workflows and stakeholder communications with increasing independence, indicating capability to handle end-to-end support operations.
Strong skills in automation, scripting, and system integration to improve scalability and efficiency of engineering tools support.
Ability to maintain audit-ready documentation and enforce compliance with access management and governance standards.
