Assess and evaluate emerging deeptech technologies from IIT Madras and other universities for ZEISS relevance and feasibility.
Lead innovation and market research to identify customer needs and define solution concepts with interdisciplinary teams.
Drive development of proof-of-concept prototypes and facilitate technology transfer to ZEISS business units and internal venturing activities.
Minimum Requirements
University degree (PhD or M Tech) in STEM field required.
2-4 years experience working on translating research ideas into products in industry or academia.
Ability to work on projects with university and cross-functional external teams.
Position based onsite at IIT Madras Research Park, Chennai; local candidates preferred; hybrid considered for exceptional outstation candidates.
