Accountable for day-to-day operation, governance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services focusing on SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and collaboration tools.
Ensure M365 platform stability, security, and alignment with enterprise standards through operational support, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
Drive Copilot adoption readiness and support, oversee Power Platform usage governance, and coordinate evergreen platform updates and change management.
Minimum Requirements
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online and collaboration tools.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and adoption.
Basic understanding of Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps) in a business context.
Work Experience Required: Experience in an operational or service management role within an enterprise environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in SharePoint governance models, site lifecycle management, and content organization.
Familiar with Copilot data access, permissions, and compliance alignment concepts.
Knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks and experience supporting adoption/change initiatives in digital workplace platforms.
