About This Role
- Lead quality engineering delivery for AI-augmented, cloud-native systems including functional integration, performance, and resilience testing across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Own end-to-end quality strategy from requirements review to production readiness while staying hands-on with code reviews, root cause analysis, and complex test scenario design.
- Drive adoption of GenAI-assisted test automation and agentic testing including autonomous agents for test planning, execution, and analysis with human-in-the-loop review mechanisms.
Minimum Requirements
- 13 to 18 years of relevant work experience.
- Mandatory skills include deep hands-on expertise in functional integration and non-functional testing for distributed cloud-native applications and practical experience applying GenAI techniques such as LLM-driven test case generation and self-healing scripts.
- Graduation degree required (any discipline).

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading quality strategies for complex AI-enabled and cloud-native environments combining architectural, coaching, and client engagement responsibilities.
- Practically skilled in GenAI technologies and agentic AI application within testing frameworks with hands-on involvement in automation and prompt engineering.
- Capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams with a focus on modern automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, REST-assured) and integrating CI/CD quality gates.
