Manage and lead a team of developers to build and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and Typescript.
Oversee system integration across cloud (AWS) and on-premises platforms, focusing on reliability, transaction management, and failure handling.
Drive architecture and design of distributed, highly available, and secure systems with microservices and API-driven patterns.
Minimum Requirements
15 to 18 years of backend software development experience.
Proficiency in Node.js, Typescript, AI development, Java Fullstack, and API design (RESTful and/or GraphQL).
Experience with on-premises to cloud migration, relational (MySQL/Postgres) and NoSQL (DynamoDb, MongoDB, Cassandra) databases, caching systems (Redis, Memcached), and CI/CD practices.
Degree in Computer Science or related field; work location Hyderabad with hybrid hours (11:30 AM IST to 8:30 PM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior-level engineer with deep expertise in backend development and distributed system architecture focused on scalability and security.
Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating between offshore and onsite members.
