Ensure reliable production support and maintain service levels for Oracle Product Hub (OPH).
Collaborate with OPH Integrator and EDMCS and RMCS teams to resolve integration incidents.
Maintain data quality, compliance controls, and support audit requirements for finance and regulatory functions.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience supporting Oracle Product Hub (mandatory).
Experience with EDMCS and good understanding of RMCS.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
12–15+ years of experience in ERP/OPH roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex integrations between Oracle Product Hub, EDMCS, and RMCS within large global organizations.
Strong technical proficiency in Oracle Product Hub functionalities, including catalogues, workflows, and import/export methods.
