About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain data infrastructure and pipelines to ensure efficient data collection, transformation, and availability for analysis.
- Operate independently with minimal supervision, resolving a wide range of data engineering problems across diverse scopes.
- Collaborate with senior internal and external personnel; define own objectives under general direction from manager.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s degree; or PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Experience specialized in data engineering including database administration, data architecture, and pipeline development.
- Ability to work independently with general guidance; applies good judgment in selecting methods to solve data problems.
- Work location models may require on-site presence 1-3+ days per week depending on role (On-site Flex or Virtual Flex).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced data engineer capable of independently managing complex data pipeline and infrastructure projects.
- Comfortable working under general direction with ability to define own objectives and select appropriate technical solutions.
- Has experience interfacing with senior internal and external stakeholders within data management and analytics domains.
