Develop, implement, and manage the Quality, Risk, and Compliance strategy and programs across JLL's Asia Pacific client portfolio.
Monitor, assess, and report on account compliance and risk health regionally to minimize costly errors and ensure contract requirements fulfillment.
Lead incident, BCP, ethics, and data privacy compliance processes including education, reporting, and resolution in collaboration with senior management and client leadership.
Minimum Requirements
Work Experience Required: At least 10-15 years in risk, compliance, legal, audit, or related managerial roles.
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business or Legal fields.
Location: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka mandatory.
Broad corporate real estate/facilities management knowledge plus practical understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader comfortable advising senior management and operating within dynamic, multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
Strong problem-solving capabilities with experience in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Proven ability to develop effective processes and communicate across multiple levels including client leadership, with familiarity in standards like ISO9001/ISO31000 and risk/compliance concepts.
