Lead month-end and quarter-end close activities including accruals, prepaids, inventory, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations.
Manage intercompany transactions and compliance across international entities and support treasury and audit processes.
Drive accounting process improvements and automation to strengthen controls and reduce manual work.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or multinational organizations.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional accounting qualification preferred (CA, CPA, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial close, intercompany accounting, and statutory compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex reconciliations and audit requests across multiple entities in fast-growing environments.
Operates independently on diverse and complex accounting issues with a continuous improvement mindset.
Collaborates cross-functionally with Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Legal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
