Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, maintenance & operations and/or development.
Strong working experience in eCommerce environments.
Hands-on experience with Firebase tools (Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, Remote Config, InApp Messaging).
Experience managing mobile applications in production including app store release processes and multi-version support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in mobile app reliability with knowledge of Apple and Google release models and version support strategies.
Skilled in defining SLIs/SLOs for mobile apps and using telemetry and user feedback for operational improvements.
Able to quickly diagnose production issues and implement fixes without new builds using remote config, feature flags, or server-side interventions.
