About This Role
- Manage month-end processes including liaising with Accounting and reviewing draft accounts to identify adjustments and key variances to budget/forecast.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reporting packs with actionable commentary and develop dashboards highlighting business focus areas.
- Lead preparation of quarterly forecasts and budgets with detailed analysis, continuous process improvement, and creation of forecasting models/tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: CA/CWA or MBA (Finance).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or relevant domain.
- Working knowledge of financial and general accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in relevant domain.

- Analytical with ability to clearly communicate financial insights and challenge business as needed.
- Commercial mindset focused on identifying opportunities to improve company performance and financial controls.
- Experience with financial reporting improvements and preferably knowledge of Power BI for dynamic reporting.
