Design, prototype, and validate enterprise technology solutions including cloud infrastructure, AI/ML pipelines, and data platforms, working hands-on with engineering teams.
Lead technical delivery by building proofs-of-concept/proofs-of-value, reviewing code and designs, and driving modernization across advanced analytics, AI transformation, machine learning, and automation initiatives.
Oversee architecture governance, stakeholder management, and technical roadmaps, collaborating with global architecture leaders and managing a small technical team informally.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
10+ years of hands-on experience across infrastructure, application engineering, cloud platforms, data, and AI/ML, including direct design, prototyping, and validation of architectures.
Experience working in a business affiliate ideally within Lilly or similar environment.
Position located in Bengaluru, India with hybrid work model; up to 10% travel required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technically deep individual contributor comfortable working hands-on with code, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML integrations, and infrastructure automation tools.
Experienced in leading and delivering large-scale complex technical programs from architecture through production rollout with strong influencing skills up to senior leadership (AVP level and above).
Familiar with architecture governance, portfolio management, and agile methodologies with ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-moving technical environments.
