About This Role
- Deliver and facilitate training programs across front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end revenue cycle management (RCM) functions including onboarding and refresher sessions.
- Develop and maintain training materials, curricula, and performance support resources aligned with business objectives and operational needs.
- Track trainee progress towards production readiness and provide coaching and performance feedback to ensure sustained proficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare IT, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs or instructional content.
- Ability to work onsite in Pune with US shift hours (7:30pm to 4:30am IST, 5 days/week).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning technologies used for training delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, SaaS, revenue cycle management, or related industries preferred.
- Familiarity with instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and e-learning content development is a strong fit.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational and technical concepts into engaging training for diverse audiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
