Deliver and facilitate training programs across front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end revenue cycle management (RCM) functions including onboarding and refresher sessions.
Develop and maintain training materials, curricula, and performance support resources aligned with business objectives and operational needs.
Track trainee progress towards production readiness and provide coaching and performance feedback to ensure sustained proficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare IT, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field or equivalent experience.
2-4 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs or instructional content.
Ability to work onsite in Pune with US shift hours (7:30pm to 4:30am IST, 5 days/week).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning technologies used for training delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, SaaS, revenue cycle management, or related industries preferred.
Familiarity with instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and e-learning content development is a strong fit.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational and technical concepts into engaging training for diverse audiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
