About This Role
- Own the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP Order Management and Order-to-Cash process solutions across end-to-end lifecycle from requirements to post-go-live support.
- Serve as the functional SME for SAP Order Management, collaborating with Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and technical teams globally to drive scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Lead functional activities including configuration, testing, integration, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives with project management responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years or Advanced Degree plus 3 years experience in SAP Sales and Distribution, Order Management, or related business analysis.
- Strong hands-on SAP SD configuration and functional knowledge of sales order processing, pricing, billing, credit management, and Order-to-Cash process.
- Experience with SAP integrations/interfaces (IDocs, web services, APIs) and SAP S/4HANA Sales preferred.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 to 5 years in relevant SAP Order Management or related SAP functional role.

- Experienced in managing complex SAP Order Management projects with cross-functional stakeholders including Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain, and adept at Agile methodologies.
- Comfortable leading workshops, facilitating consensus across diverse teams, and driving process simplification and continuous improvement across SAP Order-to-Cash integrations.
