Manage and develop teams handling complex Institutional Investment Operations issues across multiple functions including trade lifecycle, onboarding, cash payments, and securities settlement.
Own resource allocation, policy interpretation, and operational decisions to meet business objectives and drive process improvements and risk controls.
Lead cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders to resolve complex operational issues and achieve strategic objectives.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of Institutional Investment Operations experience or equivalent via work, training, military, or education.
5+ years experience in Derivatives Operations with strong knowledge of OTC Derivative products and lifecycle processes.
5+ years people leadership experience managing teams across multiple locations in India focusing on performance and operational excellence.
FINRA Series 99 certification or ability to obtain.
