Manager, Project Finance

Provide financial management and operational decision support for an assigned project portfolio, focusing on revenue, profitability, cash flow, forecasting accuracy, and financial risk mitigation.

Lead and develop the India-based Project Financial Analyst team, coordinating workload, ensuring quality, and enhancing team capabilities for independent project finance management.

Serve as a trusted financial advisor across Project Management, Business Unit, and Finance leadership, delivering timely analysis, variance explanations, risk escalation, and corrective action facilitation.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field mandatory.

Experience in project finance, financial planning and analysis, project accounting or related finance discipline required; experience within Clinical Research Organization or project-based consulting preferred.

Prior leadership experience with finance professionals or project analysts, with 2+ years of people management or equivalent team leadership preferred.

Working knowledge of revenue recognition and project-based accounting is required; familiarity with ASC 606 is a plus.

Experienced in managing project finance with strong business acumen relating project operations and commercial decisions to financial performance.

Capable of balancing detailed financial analysis, decision support, and remote people leadership in a multi-geography, cross-functional environment.

Effective communicator and influencer able to build trusted relationships, lead through influence, set priorities, and drive accountability remotely.
