Operate and maintain hybrid and cloud-based e-commerce platforms ensuring site reliability and platform stability.
Respond to incidents, manage major deployments, conduct root cause analysis for critical incidents, and execute system upgrades and vulnerability patching.
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers, optimize cloud cost, and develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiencies.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience with Linux and Windows system installation, configuration, and management.
Strong experience managing public clouds such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Graduation degree required.
Willingness to work in shifts is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing cloud native and hybrid environments with strong focus on site reliability and incident management.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix), application servers (Jboss, WebLogic, Tomcat), and log management tools (ELK, Loki).
Capable of engaging with multiple stakeholders and managing service delivery in an Agile environment with knowledge of ITIL practices.
