About This Role
- Operate and maintain hybrid and cloud-based e-commerce platforms ensuring site reliability and platform stability.
- Respond to incidents, manage major deployments, conduct root cause analysis for critical incidents, and execute system upgrades and vulnerability patching.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers, optimize cloud cost, and develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiencies.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with Linux and Windows system installation, configuration, and management.
- Strong experience managing public clouds such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Graduation degree required.
- Willingness to work in shifts is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing cloud native and hybrid environments with strong focus on site reliability and incident management.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix), application servers (Jboss, WebLogic, Tomcat), and log management tools (ELK, Loki).
- Capable of engaging with multiple stakeholders and managing service delivery in an Agile environment with knowledge of ITIL practices.
