Own end-to-end SAP ABAP production support and SAP BI/BW support ensuring timely incident resolution and SLA adherence.
Lead and manage a support team for application support, incident resolution, small enhancements, and service delivery across SAP landscapes.
Act as primary escalation point for critical issues; coordinate cross-functional teams for recovery, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in ABAP development and application support.
3+ years SAP BI/BW experience including data modeling, extraction, transformations, process chains, query support, and performance troubleshooting.
4+ years in a team lead or manager role managing SAP support teams in enterprise environments.
Technical knowledge of ABAP objects, SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, transport management, incident management, and change control processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing SAP production support/AMS teams with SLA-driven support models.
Strong technical background balancing ABAP development depth and managerial responsibilities.
