Lead and oversee Workplace Management (WPM) operations and Mobile Technical Services (MTS) delivery across the West Asia India Cluster, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.
Develop and implement WPM service delivery strategies including in-sourcing models, vendor management, and compliance frameworks for multi-market integrated service delivery.
Manage P&L, budget control, talent development, and act as primary escalation point for service delivery challenges while supporting business development and innovation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field); Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 15 years progressive experience in facilities management and engineering operations.
Minimum 8 years in senior management with proven P&L responsibility.
Location requirement: On-site in Gurugram, India; detailed technical expertise in engineering operations and workplace management.
