Manage accounts payable, vendor payments, financial reconciliations, and maintain accurate QuickBooks records.
Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Oversee inventory reconciliation across multiple locations and support payroll data processing with compliance to U.S. accounting standards.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 7 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, reconciliation workbooks).
Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday with overlap of U.S. business hours; Remote location in India.

Experienced in accounting functions specific to U.S.-based companies or U.S. clients.
Proven capability managing end-to-end accounting processes including procurement, inventory, payroll, and financial reporting.
