Develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure Go, NodeJS, or Python backend services with high performance and maintainability.
Lead quality and velocity across distributed teams ensuring CI/CD gating and zero-downtime deployment via alerts and runbooks.
Collaborate with Product Management and UX across time zones to align engineering roadmap with business value and enhance development processes using AI tools.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of programming experience with end-to-end delivery of complex scalable software.
Proficiency in Go, NodeJS, and/or Python; willing to learn VueJS for full-stack integration.
Deep knowledge of Auth/IAM tech including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, and IAM systems.
Experience working in distributed teams using asynchronous communication, GitOps documentation, and strict Definition of Done protocols.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technical leader skilled in driving consensus and making cross-timezone decisions in cross-functional teams.
Experienced in cloud technologies and Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform.
Comfortable working on a full stack with a strong bias towards backend auth/IAM systems and scalable service architecture.
