About This Role
- Lead SAP FICO workstreams for implementations, rollouts, migrations, enhancements, and support, delivering scalable finance and controlling solutions.
- Configure and support core SAP FI and CO processes such as GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Financial Closing.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional specs for ABAP teams, lead testing phases, support go-live activities, and mentor junior consultants.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-9 years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience including at least one end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation project.
- Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, CO-PA, Tax Configuration) and SAP configuration, testing, support, enhancement activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Work Experience Required: 6-9 years SAP FICO consulting
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, PS, Treasury modules and coordinating with technical teams for custom development.
- Knowledgeable in SAP S/4HANA Finance including Universal Journal, Account-Based CO-PA, Central Finance, and SAP Fiori applications.
- Skilled in finance process optimization, finance transformation initiatives, and supporting financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance requirements.
