About This Role
- Produce and document business and system requirements aligned with overall domain strategy and key strategic principles.
- Work cross-functionally to elicit, validate, and translate internal and external technology customer needs into testable and releasable elements.
- Support feature teams through test scenario creation, execution of UAT, and implementation-related tasks to ensure quality delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or relevant role.
- Must have a recognized business analyst certification such as BAX, CPRE, or CBAP.
- Experience writing and interpreting medium-complexity SQL queries and working knowledge of APIs including request and response payloads.
- Experience in UI/UX delivery with foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operating across multiple stakeholders and teams to link business objectives to technology requirements effectively.
- Capable of managing ambiguity and working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills demonstrated by data analysis and technical requirements elicitation in technology-driven environments.
