About This Role
- Handle incoming travel requests via phone, email, etc., independently managing and resolving issues related to marine/offshore crew travel.
- Serve as primary customer contact in a global multi-regional setup, providing travel consultation and upselling related products.
- Support daily team operations including quality and error management, coaching consultants, and participating in operational projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments with hands-on crew movement and disruption management.
- Advanced proficiency in GDS Amadeus system.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Work Experience Required: Proven prior experience in relevant marine or crew travel domain.

- Experienced in handling complex marine/offshore or crew travel in a fast-paced, 24/7 global multi-regional operations environment.
- Capable of independently managing multiple priorities and providing operational process improvement suggestions.
- Comfortable coaching team members and working collaboratively within multinational teams.
