About This Role
- Lead end-to-end requirements discovery, elicitation, and documentation to translate business goals into detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria focused on payments systems.
- Coordinate agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, review, retrospectives) to manage scope, enhance collaboration, and improve delivery predictability in hybrid and day-shift settings.
- Analyze delivery metrics and stakeholder data, produce reports with insights on velocity and risks, and support change management to improve agile adoption and client outcomes, all without onsite travel.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in consulting or product delivery with strong agile practice expertise.
- Proficiency in Jira for backlog management, workflow configuration, and reporting in complex environments.
- Advanced business analysis skills including requirement elicitation, modeling, and stakeholder management for large-scale initiatives.
- Domain knowledge in cards and payments systems (e.g. RTR, EFT, Interac, Lynx) is a differentiator but not explicitly mandated.

- Experienced in structured consulting/advisory roles focused on planning, managing expectations, and delivering measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients.
