About This Role
- Own end-to-end design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of SAP CO and PS modules for complex aerospace business and manufacturing processes.
- Lead delivery of SAP projects and enhancements, including managing integration across FI-MM, FI-SD, FI-PP and handling financial month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Partner with global business stakeholders and technology teams to translate complex requirements into scalable SAP solutions and resolve technical challenges impacting product delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Material Ledger) and SAP PS (manufacturing, capitalization, service).
- Experience delivering at least 1–2 full SAP implementation lifecycles, with configuration, development coordination, testing, and cutover activities.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, IT, Finance, or related discipline; typically requires minimum 6 years relevant experience (or advanced degree with 3 years).
- Work Location: Hybrid role based in Bengaluru, India; Background check required.

- Experienced SAP CO & PS functional lead with strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, able to work in global and cross-functional teams.
- Operationally competent in handling complex SAP integrations, financial closing support, and managing end-to-end SAP projects in regulated aerospace or manufacturing environments.
- Capable of coaching junior professionals and collaborating closely with development, security, compliance, and project management teams.
