About This Role
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence across assigned region including Full Price and Factory Outlet stores.
- Lead business development initiatives and identify opportunities for market and store expansion within region.
- Build and develop retail teams, oversee store operations, and collaborate with franchise partners to ensure business growth and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in sales and/or management.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or related field required.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Strong analytical skills and proven track record of meeting sales targets required.
