Lead and optimize global People & Culture operations within GBS, managing a team of ~60 through 3 managers to ensure efficient, scalable, compliant HR service delivery across multiple geographies.
Drive operational excellence via process standardization, digital transformation, continuous improvement, and superior employee experience while managing P&C Operations budget and resources.
Partner with P&C Centers of Excellence and stakeholders to align P&C Operations with business priorities, lead transition projects, and enhance governance, KPIs, and service delivery performance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or Business-related field preferred.
15-18 years of experience with at least 10+ years in managerial roles in P&C Operations.
Experience with HCM and ERP platforms like Oracle, ServiceNow HRSD module, and embedding AI/automation in P&C contexts.
Experience in global, multi-stakeholder international environments and knowledge of GDPR and DPDP compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of managing large distributed teams and complex global P&C operations within matrix organizations.
Skilled in driving digital transformation, AI integration, process optimization and managing strategic partnerships with COEs and business stakeholders.
Strong background in transition management, program/project management certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), and continuous improvement methodologies like Six Sigma.
