About This Role
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence across assigned region's Full Price and Factory Outlet Centre stores.
- Lead business development initiatives, store expansion opportunities, and collaborate with franchise partners to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage store performance, customer experience, inventory, recruitment, and coaching of Store Managers to meet business targets and brand standards.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5+ years experience in sales and/or management.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Excellent communication and strong analytical skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving regional retail operations and managing multiple store formats including franchise partnerships.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and executing business development initiatives within retail environments.
- Comfortable with high travel demands and working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
