Lead delivery and operational performance of technology solutions supporting vehicle software and systems engineering, focusing on VSSE-IT software platforms and PLM ecosystems.
Own strategy and execution of technology roadmaps for systems engineering, digital engineering, product development, including PLM integrations and AI/ML-enabled engineering tools.
Manage and mentor cross-functional engineering teams for full-stack development, cloud platforms, DevOps, and production operations ensuring security, scalability, and business value.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in software engineering, enterprise application development, or related field.
At least 5 years experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms including customization, integrations, and configuration management.
At least 3 years in people management or technical leadership roles leading delivery of enterprise software platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Significant experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Python, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like Angular or React in enterprise delivery contexts.
Demonstrated expertise in cloud-native application development and deployment on GCP, Kubernetes/OpenShift, with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Jenkins/Tekton).
Proven leadership in PLM platform integrations with enterprise engineering systems and AI/ML data integration capabilities, preferably in regulated or automotive domain environments.
