Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities for building robust, high-performance, large-scale applications.
Partner with management to drive integration of functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy new products and improvements.
Provide technical expertise, set coding/testing/debugging standards, and mentor mid-level developers while ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
Minimum Requirements
4-8 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
Proficient in backend Java/J2EE development, REST APIs, multithreading, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, React JS).
Experience with databases (MSSQL, Oracle or NoSQL), cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes), and testing frameworks (JUnit, Cucumber, Jasmine/Mocha).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting scalable, high availability integrated solutions aligning with enterprise design patterns and SOLID principles.
Strong leadership and project management capabilities with track record of mentoring and managing technical teams.
