About This Role

Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years total industry experience, including 5+ years in Engineering Manager roles leading teams and delivering complex platforms.
- Strong technical expertise in Java/Spring Boot backend development and JavaScript/TypeScript with React frontend frameworks.
- Experienced in system architecture, distributed system design with resiliency, observability, security, and deployment strategies like CI/CD.
- Proven ability to work within product operating models and manage cross-functional, hybrid distributed teams effectively.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading multiple cross-functional, hybrid onshore-offshore engineering teams scaling both internal and external enterprise platforms.
- Technically strong with hands-on knowledge of modern backend and frontend enterprise architectures and AI-assisted engineering tools.
- Comfortable managing engineering managers or senior engineers, scaling teams, and partnering closely with product, UX, and business stakeholders.
