Participate in establishing and implementing data domains, data lineage, and data governance for specific products and data domains, including registering critical data elements and authoritative sources.
Lead data quality validation, issue investigation, root cause analysis, and remediation planning in collaboration with business and technology teams.
Support the Payment, Core Accounts and Liquidity business through continuous data lineage exploration, critical data element analysis, and application performance monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite and SQL skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Scrum, Kanban, Confluence).
Experience with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra or data catalogs) and knowledge of data warehousing and cloud technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in data governance implementation and data quality issue remediation within financial services, preferably in Payments, Core Accounts, or Liquidity domains.
Capable of analyzing complex systems and processes to define system scope, objectives, and recommend security and operational standards.
Comfortable working under pressure with strong prioritization skills and ability to coordinate across data domain leaders, technology teams, and business stakeholders.
