Provide technical leadership for building targeting, recommendation, optimization, and measurement capabilities across the US organization.
Translate business/product requirements into scalable technical architectures and lead delivery across data pipelines, APIs, cloud platforms, and ML solutions.
Ensure reliability, security, operational readiness; lead troubleshooting; mentor engineers; and manage stakeholder communication to align complex, cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
5-7 years professional experience in data management and analytics.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Hands-on AWS cloud experience including Lambda, EMR, Redshift, Glue, S3, Athena, IAM, RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB; strong skills in data pipelines, ETL/ELT, REST APIs, and large-scale data processing.
Experience as a Technical Lead or similar senior technical role with software/data engineering and enterprise technology delivery experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in commercial pharma/life sciences domain with knowledge of Customer Engagement, Marketing, Forecasting, Payer/PBMs, DRG lives, campaign data, IQVIA Sales, 340B, and discount programs.
Capable of bridging business strategy with technical teams including data science and analytics to productionize ML and AI models.
Strong problem solver and communicator able to manage complex stakeholder environments and provide technical guidance in a multi-team, cloud-based environment.
