About This Role
- Lead design, development, and integration of high-performance, large-scale backend applications using Java/J2EE.
- Analyze complex business and system processes to identify enhancements and resolve high-impact issues.
- Coach mid-level developers and ensure adherence to architecture standards and coding/testing best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in application development or systems analysis.
- Proficient in Java/J2EE backend development, REST/SOAP APIs, multithreading, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, React JS).
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, testing frameworks (JUNIT, Cucumber, Jasmine/Mocha), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in architecting scalable, highly available integrated solutions following enterprise design patterns and SOLID principles.
- Demonstrates leadership and project management capability with experience guiding teams or peers.
- Comfortable working across multiple tools, technology stacks, and cloud/container environments with a strong foundation in system analysis and application architecture.
