Lead design, development, and integration of high-performance, large-scale backend applications using Java/J2EE.

Minimum Requirements
4-8 years of experience in application development or systems analysis.
Proficient in Java/J2EE backend development, REST/SOAP APIs, multithreading, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, React JS).
Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, testing frameworks (JUNIT, Cucumber, Jasmine/Mocha), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting scalable, highly available integrated solutions following enterprise design patterns and SOLID principles.
Demonstrates leadership and project management capability with experience guiding teams or peers.
