About This Role
- Lead offensive security strategy and penetration testing across telecom, cloud, AI/ML, and application domains.
- Manage red team operations, bug bounty programs, and vulnerability management to proactively identify and mitigate security risks.
- Drive automation of offensive security testing using AI and continuous validation, while providing leadership-level risk and remediation reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 10 years of cybersecurity experience with strong offensive security expertise.
- Hands-on experience in application, cloud, infrastructure, AI, and telecom security testing.
- Knowledge of 4G/5G architecture, telecom protocols, BSS/OSS, and cloud-native technologies is highly desirable.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in cybersecurity including offensive security roles.

- Deep technical expertise in penetration testing, red teaming, and exploit development across multiple domains including telecom and AI security.
