About This Role

Lead design and delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing software solutions across full product lifecycle including architecture, development, deployment, and production support.

Drive AI-enabled application innovation, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, and enterprise knowledge source integration.

Ensure engineering excellence through clean code practices, high code quality, cloud deployments (preferably on GCP), DevOps pipeline support, and production reliability improvements.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

8+ years of professional software development experience.

Strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, React or Angular, microservices, REST APIs, and cloud platform experience (GCP, Azure, or AWS).

Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or Oracle) and automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Cypress, or Playwright).

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven technical leadership in full-stack development with emphasis on Java backend (Java 17+, Spring Boot) and modern frontend frameworks (React or Angular).

Experience implementing AI/GenAI solutions, especially LLM integration and RAG architectures, indicating strong domain knowledge in cutting-edge AI technologies.

Comfortable operating in cloud-native environments with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and security/compliance toolsets (Apigee, 42Crunch, FOSSA, SonarQube).
