About This Role

Participate in development, enhancement, and implementation of application systems coordinating with Technology team.

Develop and maintain full stack applications using Java-based backend (Java 17+, Spring Boot, REST APIs) and frontend technologies (Angular 16+ or React).

Analyze and identify vulnerabilities, recommend and implement programming solutions, and advise junior analysts in application development and security best practices.

Minimum Requirements

5-8 years of experience in Full Stack Application Development, preferably in Financial Services domain.

Proficient in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs, and frontend frameworks (Angular 16+ or React).

Experience with SQL (Oracle/PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Work Experience Required: 5-8 years full stack development.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in financial services technology projects with strong backend and frontend full stack development skills, comfortable with microservices and cloud-native architectures.

Able to work independently and coach junior team members, making evaluative judgments and solving complex application problems with limited supervision.

Familiar with AI integrations, event-driven architectures (Kafka), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift), and modern security practices in enterprise applications.
