About This Role
- Own manual and automated testing of desktop and web applications, including test case design, execution, defect tracking, and documentation.
- Use test management tools such as ALM and Rally to manage testing processes.
- Apply Python automation scripting and Squish for test automation, ensuring quality through various testing types including functional, regression, integration, UAT, and performance testing.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in manual testing of desktop and web-based applications.
- Proficiency in test management tools ALM and Rally.
- Experience with test automation tools, specifically Squish, and proficiency in Python scripting.
- Work Experience Required: 4 to 8 years in manual and automation testing; domain knowledge or experience in healthcare preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes.
- Skilled in both manual and automated testing with strong analytical and coordination capabilities.
- Comfortable working with healthcare-related applications and requirements management tools like Jama or DOORS.
