About This Role
- Coach and guide Scrum teams to achieve high performance and sustainable pacing, ensuring adherence to Scrum values and Agile practices.
- Remove impediments, facilitate key meetings, and collaborate with the product owner to maintain a ready product backlog for sprints.
- Act as process owner and maintain stakeholder relationships while fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and team empowerment.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments with successful Scrum adoption.
- Certification: Must hold a Scrum Master certification.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile frameworks including SAFe, facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams and working with automated testing frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to transform teams into self-organizing, high-performing units with reduced management overhead.
- Experience using Systems and Lean thinking techniques to improve agile team processes.
- Comfortable managing complex technology initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders within a large organizational environment.
