Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enhanced transformation products, collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Managers, PMO, and IT Managers using Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
Drive Agile transformation initiatives by assessing and improving delivery processes, establishing scalable and outcome-focused practices across teams.
Develop, implement, and evangelize Agentic AI capabilities and AI-powered playbooks to automate and enhance transformation workflows and improve productivity metrics.
Minimum Requirements
8-14 years of experience as a Product Manager with AI enhancement focus.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (Any Degree acceptable as per JD).
Hands-on experience managing Agile delivery using Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
Location requirement: Bengaluru.
