Support key accounts and relationship managers by preparing multiple MIS and performance reports.
Coordinate with branches and internal teams (underwriting, claims, finance) to ensure timely resolution of issues and service fulfillment.
Oversee documentation and compliance for policy issuance, cancellations, refunds, endorsements, and manage claims monitoring and client query resolution with focus on turnaround times.
Minimum Requirements
2 to 6 years work experience in a related role.
Location: Mumbai - Sion, Maharashtra, India.
Experience with sales operations support including MIS reporting, claims coordination, and client servicing.
Work Experience Required: 2 - 6 Years.
