About This Role
- Support key accounts and relationship managers by preparing multiple MIS and performance reports.
- Coordinate with branches and internal teams (underwriting, claims, finance) to ensure timely resolution of issues and service fulfillment.
- Oversee documentation and compliance for policy issuance, cancellations, refunds, endorsements, and manage claims monitoring and client query resolution with focus on turnaround times.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 6 years work experience in a related role.
- Location: Mumbai - Sion, Maharashtra, India.
- Experience with sales operations support including MIS reporting, claims coordination, and client servicing.
- Work Experience Required: 2 - 6 Years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical and coordination skills demonstrated through managing multi-team interactions for issue resolution.
- Experience in branch sales support or sales operations environment handling reporting, compliance, and client escalations.
- Ability to manage documentation and claims monitoring processes effectively in a structured service delivery setup.
