Netscope Proxy Lead

Provide L3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex Netskope incidents and service requests, including policy and configuration administration.

Lead configuration and management of Netskope components: Client deployment, SWG, CASB, DLP, NPA/ZTNA, steering, authentication integration and security incident investigation.

Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes; integrate Netskope with SIEM, IdP/SSO, Active Directory/Entra ID, and endpoint security platforms.

Experience providing L3 support and managing Netskope platform components (SWG, CASB, DLP, Client, NPA/ZTNA).
