Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Lead end-to-end Accounts Receivable function covering billing, collections, export compliance, cash application, bank reconciliation, reporting, audits, and process governance.
Ensure accurate receivables accounting, timely collection of dues, regulatory compliance for export receivables, and support financial close activities.
Collaborate with Business, Treasury, Banks, Auditors, Shared Services, and Global Finance to drive automation and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
CA or CMA qualification preferable.
10–15 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, OTC, Receivables Accounting, Export Receivables Compliance, and Financial Reporting.
Experience in large manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or multinational organizations is preferred.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and AR reporting/analytics tools mandatory.

Proven leadership in managing comprehensive Accounts Receivable and OTC processes with cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Experienced in export receivables compliance and domestic & international receivables management within large complex organizations.
Skilled in financial reporting, working capital management, internal controls, audits, and driving process automation and continuous improvement.
