Manage business analysis and product management for AML, Trade Surveillance, Compliance Task Management, and Employee Trade Compliance applications.
Coordinate with senior stakeholders and offshore teams to define technology solutions, track projects, and ensure timely delivery.
Oversee vendor relationships, system implementation, and provide technical support to business users while ensuring system performance and compliance controls.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis and Project/Product Management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
At least 3 years experience in Financial Services Compliance technology and 3 years in Financial Industry.
Must have experience working with AML technology; experience with Trade Surveillance technology preferred.
Location: In-office role based in Pune, India.

Experienced in managing cross-functional and offshore global teams with strong stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in project lifecycle management including software development lifecycle and vendor management.
Capable of analyzing complex business problems and translating them into technical specifications with solid SQL and relational database knowledge.
