About This Role
- Serve as liaison between senior Business units and IT for medium to large projects affecting multiple departments.
- Lead business requirement gathering, impact analysis, risk assessment, and oversee project scope definition.
- Mentor and manage project support staff; support application development, testing, and implementation activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Business Insurance Analyst with Guidewire in Cloud and P&C Insurance domains.
- Proven expertise in analyzing business activities, industry trends, and sponsor requests to develop business requirements.
- Ability to perform impact analysis of business process changes organization-wide.
- Occasional travel may be required.

- Experienced in interfacing with senior business stakeholders and IT teams on complex insurance technology projects.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and business objectives within Guidewire and P&C insurance contexts.
- Capable of mentoring and managing project teams while overseeing multi-departmental project scopes.
