Track and optimize engagement metrics for startup programs, collaborating cross-functionally to integrate startup-focused initiatives effectively.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of experience in marketing, community, ecosystem, or events roles related to startups or technical founders.
Familiarity with the Indian startup ecosystem and established relationships with founders, VCs, accelerators, or founder communities.
Experience working in or closely with startups or venture capital firms, understanding early-stage company growth.
Must be based in Gurugram to support a hybrid working model.
