About This Role
- Build and maintain relationships across the Indian startup ecosystem including founders, VCs, and accelerators to drive MongoDB's startup acquisition and presence.
- Design and execute regional event strategies such as hackathons, demo days, and community activations focused on engaging high-growth startups.
- Track and optimize engagement metrics for startup programs, collaborating cross-functionally to integrate startup-focused initiatives effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, community, ecosystem, or events roles related to startups or technical founders.
- Familiarity with the Indian startup ecosystem and established relationships with founders, VCs, accelerators, or founder communities.
- Experience working in or closely with startups or venture capital firms, understanding early-stage company growth.
- Must be based in Gurugram to support a hybrid working model.

- Experienced in leading projects from strategy through execution within startup marketing or ecosystem roles.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments, managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
- Data-driven and highly organized with the ability to measure program impact and communicate effectively with founders, investors, and internal leadership.
