About This Role
- Plan, execute, and monitor assigned field-based projects in defined regions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project plans.
- Manage people, assets, and collateral for projects, act as primary liaison between field teams and head office, and support onboarding and training of new field surveyors.
- Analyze operational issues, drive cost and timeline efficiencies, publish reports and dashboards, and implement process improvements based on market trends.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience, with 2+ years in operations coordination preferably in field-based projects.
- Graduate degree in any field is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with survey or data collection teams is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel and work from the office in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing field survey teams with a hands-on approach including training, coaching, and mentoring surveyors.
- Comfortable operating in structured, discipline-focused environments with clear policies (e.g., no mobile usage during work hours).
- Strong coordination skills, capable of handling multiple operational tasks, analyzing gaps, and implementing improvements in data-driven field operations.
