Plan, execute, and monitor assigned field-based projects in defined regions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project plans.
Manage people, assets, and collateral for projects, act as primary liaison between field teams and head office, and support onboarding and training of new field surveyors.
Analyze operational issues, drive cost and timeline efficiencies, publish reports and dashboards, and implement process improvements based on market trends.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of work experience, with 2+ years in operations coordination preferably in field-based projects.
Graduate degree in any field is mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with survey or data collection teams is preferred but not mandatory.
Willingness to travel and work from the office in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing field survey teams with a hands-on approach including training, coaching, and mentoring surveyors.
Comfortable operating in structured, discipline-focused environments with clear policies (e.g., no mobile usage during work hours).
Strong coordination skills, capable of handling multiple operational tasks, analyzing gaps, and implementing improvements in data-driven field operations.
