About This Role
- Own and lead all supply chain security operations across India, including both warehouse and transportation security domains.
- Establish, enforce, and continuously evolve security standards and controls in line with global policies across logistics partners operating warehouses and transportation lanes in India.
- Serve as primary authority for supply chain security in India, managing incident responses, regulatory compliance, and coordination with regional and global teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years experience in supply chain security, logistics security, or combined warehouse and transportation security roles.
- Proven experience operating within India including deep knowledge of local logistics, regulations, and security environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing warehouse and transportation security operations and leading incident response in both domains.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 7 years in relevant security roles involving Indian logistics providers, 3PLs, carriers, and security vendors.

- Experienced security professional with country-level ownership of complex supply chain security challenges in India, including multi-modal logistics and regulatory compliance.
- Strong operational leadership demonstrated by proactive incident management and continuous improvement of security protocols across diverse vendor networks.
- Comfortable working independently with high accountability, effective stakeholder communication, and coordination across multiple time zones in a global organizational setting.
