Support and manage financial close processes including month-end, quarter-end, and annual reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Own financial reporting packs, dashboards, and P&L variance analysis to deliver actionable insights to business leaders and finance teams.
Drive finance transformation initiatives focusing on automation, process improvement, and leveraging digital tools such as SAP and Power BI.
Minimum Requirements
CA qualification with 2-5 years of relevant finance experience.
Mandatory experience with SAP; experience with Oracle preferred.
Hands-on exposure to Power BI and finance automation initiatives.
Work Experience Required: 2-5 years in FP&A Operations, Closing & Reporting, RTR, Financial Reporting, or Controllership finance functions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong technical expertise in accounting fundamentals, financial reporting, and financial systems (SAP and Power BI).
Experience in multinational or complex corporate environments managing financial closing, compliance, and audit processes.
Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational excellence within FP&A or related finance operations.
